Software Engineering Intern

NAIC, Kansas City, MO June 2025 - Present Developing SERFF-AI to assist insurance regulators across 50 US states in validating and testing insurance filings. Contributing to a system designed to process and analyze filings from over 6,000 insurance companies. Fine-tuning a model on over 100,000 historical insurance filings to enhance validation and testing accuracy.

Co-Founder and CEO

InstantApply, San Francisco, CA March 2025 - Present Built a scalable full-stack job matching platform, writing 20,000+ lines of production-level code with 80% test coverage in Flask and React. Conducted 100+ meetings with engineers, product managers, legal advisors, and marketing teams. Deployed a beta version for 30+ users, resulting in 6 interviews per user, with users paying up to $40.

Quantum Software Engineering Intern

Inter-American Open University, Buenos Aires, Argentina October 2024 - May 2025 Developed and simulated quantum risk models using Qiskit on IBM Quantum, improving algorithm efficiency by up to 30% for cybersecurity and financial use cases. Engineered ancilla-augmented circuits to simulate non-unitary operations, achieving 90%+ accuracy when benchmarked against classical simulations.
